I got wrist weights to wear while I play VR games bc I wanna get buff this summer and hooooo boy. The weights are only 4lbs per wrist but every muscle in my arms and back were burning (the good kind of workout burn)
So here’s your reminder that if you have no time to workout or hate public gyms you can literally just add weights to your wrists and ankles and go about your activities. It doesn’t have to be restricted to games or dance videos or however you do your exercise. You could even wear them while doing the laundry.
It is both physically possible and your god given right to be like Rock Lee from Naruto.
