Dating Pools
I don’t know who needs to hear this, but you have no right to tell other people who they should include in their dating pool. There is nothing wrong with a person looking for certain qualities in a person and refusing someone because they don’t have those qualities. That is NORMAL. That is dating and being an adult. Not everyone is compatible with everyone else. Just because you consider yourself a part of that person’s dating pool, doesn’t mean that person considers you a part of it-- nor are they in any way obligated to. If you get butthurt over someone rejecting you because you aren’t what they want in a partner, that is YOUR problem, not theirs. You can’t rely on other people to make you happy.
