Wendy's Fund Make your Mark for Lupus Foundation of America, Thirty years ago, our Executive Director Wendy Loveless met Sean Walker at Zweibrücken American High School and so the story began. Wendy was diagnosed with lupus some years later - after keeping in touch with Sean over the years, invited Sean to move to Pensacola; he was starting a new business and decided he wanted to do something to help his long time friend and other like her. Sean has had many friends that live with or have passed from complications stemming from lupus. Sean searched for different organizations to help his friend with little to no luck, until he ran into the Lupus Foundation of America.
