Datto posted his review of The Locked Tomb and it's hilarious imo. It helps if you know Datto but listening to gamer white guy obsess over this is pretty fun

Watching Datto do this World First Race is giving me anxiety I'm going to DIE
Holy. Fuck. The stream Datto just had.
For those of you who don't know who Datto is, he is a streamer and YouTuber who primarily focuses on Destiny content. Yesterday, Friday the 15th, marked the release of Destiny 2: Forsaken's raid endgame activity, Last Wish.
Now, as has been the case with every Raid Day, Datto and his clan (Formerly called Primeguard, now called Math Class) attempted to earn the status of World's First to complete the raid, racing against other streamers and players worldwide.
The prize for earning World's First? A guaranteed Exotic Weapon drop, a special sort of commemorative emblem, and a wrestling-styled belt (the last of which will be awarded to every single World's First clear since Destiny 1, which Datto does have one of). However, here is the more important bit. For players who didn't achieve World's First but completed the raid withing 24 hours of launch, they recieve the emblem as well.
The raid went live at 6pm GMT, Friday. The World's First clan, Redeem's finish time? 18 hours 48 minutes and well done to them. It marks Redeem's 5th World First, I long ago conceded they are PvE masters. Datto and Co's final time, going by the time itself on the clock and not the time Destiny registered? 24 hours. 2 minutes.
That may sound like a case of tough luck, but people, and this only lightly includes me, believe they deserve the emblem.
In part because Datto livestreamed via Twitch for 24 hours with no breaks, no checking other people's streams, no looking at his chat, nothing. And the bigger, probably somehow stupider reason, when the time to earn the emblem drew nearer, Math Class BEGAN their attempt before the buzzer. Shot was in mid-air.
The right answer is pretty much just "Make the emblem first 5 completions instead, they frankly do deserve that, accounting for bugs they encountered and loading times between wipes.", BTW.
BUT. That was the greatest Twitch livestream I've ever been a part of. The chat was incredibly high-energy and supporting the whole way through, EVEN THOUGH Datto couldn't see it. And if for some godforsaken reason you have the stones to watch a man slowly lose his sanity over 24 hours? Absolutely go watch.
(There's a lot of talk about goth girls btw it's a whole thing)
