“Can I kiss you?”
Robin nodded, smirking, "I would like that, yes."
"I...I know we're not on the best of terms, but I need to talk to you." Jack's voice shook lightly as she held the phone up to her ear, eyes squeezed shut. She hadn't talked to Mack since she first came back to Storybrooke, and...
Since then, Effy had made her go to the doctor. Because she'd been pale and thin and obviously hadn't took care of herself, as well as throwing up...Jack had done too much to her twin the past few months not to go ahead and go, and when the doctor had told her what was going on, she'd thrown up.
After all she'd been through, this shit was coming up. The brunette hadn't even thought before dialing her ex, hands shaking and tears swimming in her eyes as she struggled to stay together "It's really important."
“You're my lobster.“
She’d been lying on her stomach, moaning as her burnt skin met with the soft sheets, making them more like sandpaper then anything. Hair spread out in all directions, hissing escaping her mouth every few seconds as cold hands applied aloe to her back.
She’d made the mistake of falling asleep in the sun, and now was paying for it in the worst possible way. Mack, of course, was being nice enough about it, humming under her breath as the goopy substance was spread over the expanse of her shoulders and down her back. No matter, she’d still be bright red for days and…
"I’m a lobster." She’d murmured lightly, wrinkling her nose up and getting ready to rant about this being why she never left the house and—
A laugh escaped pink lips, head turning lightly over her shoulders and suppressing a wince when it stretched her skin. “You’re such a dork.”
“Jackie!” Mackenzie bounced into the Mills' house. “Guess what I got!” She grinned, holding the kitten in her arms close.
A voice calls out for her to hold on, humming lightly as she washes the clay off of her fingers and bounds downstairs. Part of her wonders how the heck Mack keeps getting in when she’s sure she locked the door, and her Moms aren’t he—
A jaw drops, and brown eyes widen, before the teen practically vibrates with excitement.
“Is that what I think it is?”

Neal had been watching the game when he felt his phone buzz. He picked it up from the table and saw the text notification. Opening it, he instantly dropped his phone. "Shit!" He picked it up and hit the delete button and then opened a text window.

"Sorry, no time for autographs." Not that they had asked, anyway, but he had a sixth sense about these things.
daughter-of-the-dark-one:
The next morning, Mackenzie began what had become their morning routine. She woke Abby and began breakfast that Jefferson would take over and finish while she got ready for work.
Abby got up the first time her mother walked into the room and walked across the hall to the twin’s room. “Blaze, Kory, it’s time to get up.” She shook her brother and tossed a pillow at her sister, neither of the two making any effort to get up, with a sigh she left making her way to the next room.
"Kailey bug! Rise and shine!" Abigail smiled, scooping the girl up and carrying her downstairs for breakfast. "You’re going to have drag the twins out of bed."
With a sigh Mackenzie, paused from fixing plates and walked towards the stairs. “Bella Michelle and Kory David don’t make me come up there!” She was just about to climb the stairs when the doorbell rang.
Jack had texted Effy last night, but as she received no response. She shouldn't have even expected one, considering she hadn't responded to her twin's calls for over three months, but...whatever. She'd meant to immediately head over to Granny's and get a room there and just swing by home Mack's house later.
Instead, she'd passed it and immediately pushed down on the gas pedal, stopped in the middle of the road and trembled as she watched up at the house. Almost mechanically, she'd backed up and into the driveway of the house they'd bought together. She'd slowly pulled herself out of the old car, numb legs shaking as she made her way down and towards the door.
For just a moment, her eyes closed, finger poised against the doorbell. She could hear the sounds of yelling to get Blaze and Kory up, pots clanging, and what sounded like her little girl laughing at something. They sounded like a normal, happy family...Without her.
She'd meant to pull away, run down the driveway and haul her ass back to New York, but instead...her finger pressed forward on the bell, eyes opening as her hand retracted. Jack just stood there, waiting for the hell that would come of this.
"J-Jack? It's uh, it's me, Abby." The teen chewed on her finger as she spoke quietly, as to not wake her sleeping parents and siblings. "I know it's late and all but- I want you to know that if--if you ever wanna come back home...I'd like that a lot. And so would everyone else." She looked to her feet. "I know I've been kinda rude since you left but I was just angry. I mean, you're my Mama too and I miss you. You don't have to call me back or even listen to this, I just needed you to know this."
She’d been asleep, so she’d missed the message on her machine. But the girls voice coming through the speakers had sent her into a shock, the woman pressing the phone tightly against her ear. When Abby called her her Mama, she felt herself trembling all over and tears beginning to run down her cheeks, yet a curve of her lips contradicted harshly with them.
Blaze had told her (one thing she had on Mack, as the teen was still refusing to talk other then to her and Kory at times, if what he said was true) that Mack had basically said that when Jack left, so did her parental rights but…if even two of her children still loved her, wasn’t that enough? Rights taken away, my ass.
If it wasn’t decided, it was now.
By morning a bag would be packed, and a call sent to the twin she’d been neglecting recently. Everything would be ready, as she planned on staying a long visit.
Storybrooke, brace yourselves, cause Jack is officially coming back.
