Walking to Kadic from her house was always boring when her brother Hiroki wasn't in tow. Thankfully. The streets weren't busy in the morning hours but the more she walked, the more Yumi realized that there was a presence behind her, following her. She grew concerned. Footsteps matched up with her's slowing or speeding up depending on Yumi.

Finally Yumi stopped and turned, wondering if she were under the threat of a XANA attack. Instead she came face-to-face with an unfamiliar, white-haired girl.
