Oh my head hurts.

She felt strong pounding in her head, like hammers repeatedly hitting. She tasted alcohol in her mouth. Vodka, and a mix of others.

Last night, what happened?

She remembered partying with her hometown friends, but not really. She just sat, talked and drank, not wanting to go home. She opened her eyes, her vision blurred. The ceiling she saw was white, she felt the need to vomit, substance threatening to come up her throat. She brought her hand to her face, rubbing her eyes as her vision cleared.

She could hear the whirring of the fan and something else, like breathing. But it wasn’t hers. She looked to her side, and in a jumbled mess of bedsheets she found another body, a male’s back to be exact, still deep within dreamland, unaware of the confused demigod beside him.

Who the hell—? Marcus?!

She only then noticed that she herself was naked, only wrapped in a blanket, she moved and fell of the bed, pulling the blanket off the other, revealing his boxers. At least he was clothed. “Marcus! What are we doing here and why are we naked?!” She shrieked, panicking.
