DAVE CONFIRMED HE'S NOT RIGHT WING
i started rereading homestuck a few days ago and now i’m in act 5 act 2 and it’s like... man. i have a lot of things ive noticed, and some of those things i’ve noticed for the first time even. but reading these early parts again really puts into perspective just how much dave has grown as a character. of course i know everyone in homestuck grows, growth is a huge part of what makes homestuck homestuck. but i just keep thinking about dave’s character development in particular. he is so much different in the beginning acts of homestuck vs. the later acts of act 6 and i really have a lot of appreciation for his character arc. you can tell he’s trying so hard keep on the mask of his “cool” persona, and you can also tell it gets harder and harder for him to keep this up as the game progresses.
aint these SNAZZY ASF
look at him. he’s gonna rock the met gala at this point.

TT: In some cultures the persistent refusal of a lady's invitation to play a game with her would be a sign wanton disrespect.
TT: Either that, or flagrant homosexuality.

TT: Sometimes I wonder how you are ever allowed to pay for meals in restaurants.
TT: It must be hard to keep a low profile when you're always overhearing awed voices whisper, "It's that guy who has a blog."
TG: seriously
