Cereus peruvianus var. monstruosus in a splatter glazed pot.
This was my entry in the SFSCS holiday gift exchange, and was picked by current club president Daryl Du Charme. What an honor! He has an enormous collection of wonderful, well-potted plants, The ID is a best guess supported by Google search. If you have better info, let me know.
