RBVA Receives SEED Grant Award for Second Year In a Row.
Restoration Builders of Virginia was a recipient for the second year in a row on the SEED (Supporting East End Development) grant for East End businesses who are improving the neighborhood.
We will be using the money to help outfit our new shop that is currently being built with the equipment to expand our operation and continue to help breath new life into old buildings in the East End and all of Richmond.
David C Cooley: Co-Founder and Godfather of RBVA Inc. He started this whole thing way back in 1984.
