What better day to release a brand new beautiful album than on Friday the 13th. We're privileged to release our second album with Sing Leaf. Following up his last sold out cassette, Watery Moon, this latest album is an evolution of David Como's eclectic and soulful sound. Shu Ra continues to showcase the ease at which David transitions through endless genres and sounds, making something that is altogether unique and beautiful.

We are super excited to announce another amazing addition to the CMC family. Help us welcome the multi-talented Canadian Sing Leaf. David Como has been making music as Sing Leaf for a while now, and Watery Moon is his first proper full-length effort. David is as versatile as he is talented, and Watery Moon covers a whole gamut of styles and takes on pop. From highly instrumental sounds, incorporating both electronic and acoustic elements, to more straight forward folk-pop songs like Same Old Satellite (below) – all overlaid with his unique vocals that somehow manage to fit into any music territory he creates. 

This is one of the most distinctive and wide ranging projects we've put out, and really excited for it. You can head over to our Bandcamp to stream a few more tracks from the record, and be on the lookout for pre-orders soon. The record is due out May 7th.
