Love the ambition of trying to film a serious spy movie with no budget, no actors, and limited filmmaking skills. Been a while since we watched Time Chasers but I think this was better than Time Chasers. Maybe. They have the same loser protagonist so it’s a hard call. Stuff exploded. Liked that!

Not in the least bit original, but as a cheesy, low-budget science fiction/action movie it works okay. The villains in particular are kind of fun to watch in their bizarre, over-the-top moustache twirlery.
