Although of Course You End Up Becoming Yourself: A Road Trip with David Foster Wallace
I have plowed through this book Like No Other book in The Last 5 Years. Every other book that I have read after becoming a teacher seemed like a chore.
This one however was so wonderful and I am almost completely done.
It saddens me to have read an article in the guardian saying that the movie version of this was absolutely nothing like David Wallace was in real life.
So after coming to feel like I knew him from reading this book I'm not sure that that was very accurate and I'm not sure if I knew him at all for it.
However I have decided that this summer I am going to take on the monumental task: I'm reading Infinite Jest
I figure if I could read a Robert Jordan books back to back and if I could read The Stand cover to cover, surely I can make it through Infinite Jest.
I might not be able to understand part of it, I might not be able to understand all of it, but I am going to try.

I’d like to be the sort of person who can enjoy things at the time, instead of having to go back in my head and enjoy them.

Zekanıza, zeki bilinme arzusuna taparsanız sersem gibi hissedecek, insanları kandırdığınızı, her an foyanızın ortaya çıkabileceğini düşüneceksiniz. D.F.W
