Operating out of a brick and mortar gallery on W Chicago Ave, Chicago Truborn calls itself an “anti” gallery, supporting all mediums of expression but with an emphasis on street/urban artists, and with much of their energy directed at creating opportunities for artistic expression on walls across the city. In the summer of 2018 they turned to David Fratu, aka ILL.DES, to create this new composition on N Lessing St near W Chicago Ave. Atlanta artist ILL.DES uses shapes and color gradients to create depth and movement and says his work is about creating equilibrium between harmony and discord, chaos and order. @illdesart/ @chicagotruborn/
