Attended my first ever jazz concert tonight in Charlotte at the Pizzazz Jazz Festival. My boyfriend and I went with two of our friends. I had my doubts going into it but really enjoyed it. It was still light enough when we first got there to sketch a little. Not knowing the desire to sketch would overcome me there I sketched on the only paper I had on me...tiny hotel stationery. Only managed to do two quick sketches though.
