Wrapping up the last of my CATS London Palladium items is this souvenir brochure from December 2014.

It is a fair sized book filled with wonderful preproduction pictures of the cast, and some from the UK Tour 2013-2014, which also means that there are some inconsistencies, perhaps most glaringly the fact that there is an Electra and chrous Grizabella (Sophia Ragavelas here) in the cast photos, two roles that did not exist in the actual Palladium production! There are also character design differences, seen best with Demeter.

Although the first cast was short-lived, they are immortalized here to a certain extent, and it is another piece that I love owning.

Gertchase and Deanoru headcanon:

Where gertchase and deanoru are professional theater actors, but gertchase met when gert played dawn( she killed it when she sang when he sees me during her auditions maybe because of the fact that she can accurately portray being anxious naturally) and chase played ogie ( he was initially a film actor but he realized he wants to be in theater and do musicals and then he auditioned for the waitress as earl but he was too soft and dorky for it so he ended up getting casted as ogie) on the waitress, and deanoru got together because gert decided to direct the wicked remake on broadway but made elphaba (played by nico) and glinda (played by karo) to end up together because she’s gay and powerful and used her power for gelphie canonization (which she’s a shipper of since she was 13 and had a bisexual awakening)
