DAWNING, a cutthroat coastal metropolis built on big banks, biotechnology, and an escalating drug epidemic. Fantasmic is the newest entry in an already problematic market, known for its euphoric and dissociative episodes – and linked to incidents of arson, vandalism, violence, and death. While government officials struggle to uncover and crack down on Fantasmic’s production and trade, the Unseelie Court owns the city after nightfall, and their death knells are ringing for a successor to their poisoned king. 

Dawning is a mature urban fantasy role play featuring the unseelie court and solitary fae in the fictional city of Dawning, prominently trending towards a darker take on the modern fantasy/supernatural genre.

Anyway hi this is gonna be a super simple, shitty, and open request (I think) as I’m really just looking for someone to build a story with me—even though there are some specific things/dynamics I’d like to set in place and explore between these two, I would like input/ideas as well.

Basically Grey’s like rlly rlly into this girl and it’s all bad news.

His deal is fairly complicated and all kinds of Extra so I’m not going to write it all out here, but the sparknotes are he’s a “fancy” shapeshifter who’s been through some shit and come out the other end with some real issues.

Then he meets girl.

He more or less falls for girl.

Girl’s (maybe) just along for the ride.

Key things I’d very much like to have are:

Her involvement with something shady (goblin market?).

She’s managed to harness some real influence over him, somehow (we can discuss!!!!

Her being cool as fuck.

Her being very hot and cold with him.

Idk, other things we can talk about too.

But even all this isn’t set in stone lbr.

All in all, I want something gritty and upsetting—but please bear in mind this isn’t meant to be a real ship or finals or anything like that, I just want to play around with a specific dynamic.
