The youngest and second to last living descendant of house Valndea. Although she is not the head of the house none dare she does not wield it's power. She is the face of Dawnport's nobility and is known for garnering many political agreements withing Valmora and Jextrin.

Victory Boulevard.

It is eastern Dawnport’s major thoroughfare, and has local traffic lanes as well as tunnels to bypass traffic on the main road. An elevated section of the Dawnport Subway runs throughout and contains the East Fallwood and Camden Point stations of the Red Line. The road continues south as Highway 51 out of the city.
