Tonight's installment of "what have we learned after being on ebay since 1999..."... is a short list of our essential cleaning products. Firstly, Dawn Soap. The blue kind. The original detergent that saved the lives of animals in oils spills in the 80s and 90s. This stuff seriously will remove 90% of stains or residue from stickers. Our second must have is is Barkeeper's Friend. This stuff is magical on anything from pans to shoes. Happy Easter and Happy Spring to all! I can’t  believe that another month is almost over. Here at Heart Spot we are gearing up for Spring & Mother’s Day sessions. Both of which have kept me busy lately with creating ads and finding new special items to offer. I’ll have some more exciting news about what I found for my Mom’s Mini-Session coming in April.

With that ...today I wanted to take a moment to remind everyone that with spring comes fleas, ticks & other unwanted critters that cause our pets to itch. Now is the time to put on a monthly preventive to protect your pet. Make sure you apply a good quality flea treatment like Frontline or Advantage, always follow the instructions and get the right one for your pets age and size. NEVER use dog treatments on cats. 

If your pet does have fleas, it is reccommended to bathe them prior to applying the treatments. Fleas are easily killed by drowning and suffocation. Before you reach for a harsh flea shampoo first try bathing your pet with regular blue Dawn or the hypoallergenic Pure Essentials Dawn dish detergent.  This will not prevent fleas only kill ones on your pet.
