West Coast heavyweight KXNG CROOKED aka Crooked I of Hip-Hop supergroup collective Slaughterhouse was recently in Chicago this past weekend to tape his new Hip-Hop reality series, One Shot. While he was here in town, the Shady Records and SMH Records emcee was able to get some studio time with one of Chicago's finest emcees and a legend in the game, Dawreck of legendary Chicago Hip-Hop group, Triple Darkness. Two of the best in the game with the double-time flow and a couple of my favorite emcees from my two favorite coasts for Hip-Hop music, the West and Midwest where able to combine forces on this very amazing track for some real lyrical murder, on the appropriately titled, IMurder. As the two emcees showed no mercy or remorse for any competition on the mic with how they blew away and murdered any competition in Hip-Hop that wants to challenge either of these two lyrical titans on a track, produced by Wreck On Da Track. This Sunday was such a wonderful day full of LOVE (WHAT THE WORLD NEEDS NOW L-O-V-E); however I digress. My Sunday started with my family driving to Michigan City, Indiana to see my 86-year-old grandmother and to attend what we in my family call RESURRECTION SUNDAY service. What a busy day of service at New Hope MB, Sunday school program, baptism, service and communion. Followed by dinner and family updates, "hey Nephew, I know you up on it... Have you seen Hidden Colors?" My response, "1 or 2?" I knew you knew... Show you right, Captain. Hey, Unc I plan to remake the Spook. "What that?"he responded. I was so shocked that black radical that served in Vietnam had never seen it as I have him the rundown and encouraged him to check it out; along with Queimada. I have digressed further. So after seconds and dessert, I decided that it was time for get on the road before the Itis sets in and to try to lessen the glare of the sun in my eyes as I travel back westward back home to Chicago. Flash forward, arrive at the house, jump out the 3 piece suit, hop in the shower and then check my Facebook; where I was reminded that my sister/cuzn video shoot was tonight and where else to enjoy 4/20/14 but with family and the DRAMAWARD... Chicago's homegrown WestSide legends (Kingdom Rock certified). So I drove over to the PAPERMILL Studio where I was met with many familiar faces my longtime promotion homie Frankie Hustle, Angie Mack of the Lady Ballers, The WHOLE Triple Darkness crew and of course the lady of the hour the Queen Nu-Nu (NEWSENSE to you) handling that Nation Business, giving orders and directions to lock down a live on the air interview with Sean Dale (really a HWAT 15 minutes of radio time, find it on I heart radio archives if they offer it). So longer of story shorter... Shoot a scene, 420, shoot a scene, 420, repeat until you get the idea. Drink some shots, have few beers and attack the grill... I got it badd feeling good right NOW. And then, hey wait I got the entire TRIPLE DARKNESS here IN DA STREETS AMBUSH on KINGDOM ROCK KORNA so here we go I present to some and introduce to others THE LEGENDS Triple Triple Darkness

KINGDOM ROCK KORNA artist of the day is more of a collbo of dope proportions with an assemble that speaks wonders for what is going on in the underground of CHICAGO hip hop.  We highlighted this joint previously on the KORNA but it deserved another look because we hadn't done proper research (throw the team under the bus like SIU coach) to provide yawl with the links. But in the KRK typical fashion we present to some and introduce to others ELEMENTZ EMCEE feat. TRAGEDY THA BEAST and the legend from Triple Darkness DAWRECK… ENJOY
