I told my manager that I wanted to stop having a personal conversation because the content was making me lose respect for her and kind of want to slap her. She told me never to say that to an associate because they could call the integrity hotline and say I was harassing them. 

Please tell me again how every conversation we’ve had about weight, how much prettier people are when they lose weight, that she was hired once because how she was pretty, and being told where to shop and how to ‘dress for my body type’ is not harassment.
