Hello DAY6 fans! Please help us out DAY6 Philippines to spread and let DAY6 know how much we welcome them on PH! Let us fill up this form especially to Filipino Kpop fanatics who Love and Support JYPNation and Day6 all the way! A mere fans from PH made this survey and hoping for them [ Day6 ] to visit the country! This is not yet confirm but if many responses for the said showcase event , it will probably happen guys.
