That's true! I'm excited to see Solomon's birthday card this year. His was the first Birthday event I played and the first Birthday card I got! I adore that funky lil magic man and his partner.

I will admit I do like making Solomon blush when I am allowed to be flirtatious. That devilgram did make me happy, but it does make me wonder will we ever get a devilgram like Diavolo's most recent UR card did where things get 'steamy' if you get my point. I feel we would all swoon if we do get one for Solomon lol.

I am still a little salty with how long it takes to try to date Solomon. I was like 'what do I have to do Solomon to show you that I want more than friendship? Do you want me to serenade you with opera?' Yes I would go that far if I must.

Listen, maybe this is a controversial opinion, but....I kinda like the buildup to Solomon's "route." You're told this entire time not to trust him, and MC isn't really given any option to trust him simply because he's a human. He stays and observes from the background for a bit, in the reserved way he does, and then when he finally comes to the forefront he doesn't expect anything from you or think you'll be open to him. But you are. You decide to trust him, you take the time to get to know him, and through that Solomon can know that what you want to give him is real - he's got a lot going on, you've seen some of the darker parts, and yet you still look to him and keep pushing.

Its the kind of relationship that just feels like everything finally falls into place, right where it should be, by the time you get together.

BUT.....maybe thats just me lol

Hello. Can I get match up? I'm 5'1 and INTJ type. I am very much an introvert but I know how to talk to others in a social gathering if need be. I tend to enjoy increasing my knowledge by either reading or watching educational stuff but I also watch anime. A guy who talks about business and science is attractive to me. I also do daydream a lot but I can control it when I do tasks. I stay mostly at home but I would love to travel around the world of given the chance. Oh and also I love cats.

Okay, don’t tell me you didn’t see this coming lolol ;) Come on, you like a guy who can talk business, you love to travel, you like cats, you watch educational things. Overall, you’re pretty much perfect for him in just about every way! I’m almost certain that he’d love to take you traveling with him on business trips, and while he formerly didn’t like the thought of people around him daydreaming, he’d find the way you stare off into the distance very charming.

I'm curious about the children that were adopted. How did these children end up being adopted? Are there any stories about them? What made the lords want to adopt? 🤔

Either because they don’t have children on their own, or because of political relations. Just like there were political marriage for clan relations, political adoptions happens too.  

Kenshin adopted his nephew Kagekatsu (possibly personal), and a son of the Hojo family Kagetora (political).

When Oda and Takeda were still playing nice with each other, Shingen took in one of Nobunaga’s, but then the son was sent back some time after the Oda clan defeated Takeda.

Hideyoshi adopted Ieyasu’s second son, who he named Hideyasu, for political purposes too.

And then... there’s “forced adoption”. I haven’t looked into other cases, but Nobunaga forced the Kitabatake and Kanbe clans of Ise to adopt his second and third sons as their heirs, therefore taking over their lands “peacefully” (as peaceful as intimidation goes anyway).

I'm not sure if this was asked but how did you feel about Solomon's birthday event? I did enjoy it but I was frustrated with Mammon during it. Like let me make out with my favorite sorcerer geez.

it took me a while to remember what his bday event was (i've been unlocking card stories haha got confused) but i liked it!! i was complaining on here the day before half convinced they weren't even going to DO his bday but i think(?) i came on and was like "ok guys i was wrong and negative for no reason his bday event is actually good" but that's all i said iirc? but yes i liked it a lot!!

the whole concept of us accompanying him while the others set it up does feel a biiiit weird to me because it feels like everybody else is planning a date for us while they are also in love with MC 😶 but that's a universal thing and since i'm head over heels for solomon i just noticed it extra during his bday as opposed to the others! but it was really sweet <3 the scene with luke giving him a picture made me so sappy <3 and the haunted house route was......a choice but the other route was sweet!!!! i love him so much he's such a softie <3

also yeah....mammon crying was kinda. hm. a weird choice for the writers that's for sure. i try not to hold it against mammon (if i can make other characters my funky OCs why not also him?) but it's so strange for a game that's supposedly poly friendly or AT THE VERY LEAST not locked into any routes to make you feel so bad for choosing a character on his own birthday event? if it were part of the main story it'd still be weird but come ON solmare, it's solomon's birthday, don't guilt him over MC time when he barely gets any quality time with them already </3
