non-sexual acts of dominance
Ekaggata had started out on a completely different mission - a simple stalk and gather information kind of thing. How in the world had he ended up surrounded by ice, at the mercy of the guard?
It was his one weakness, really. One he hoped wouldn’t be found out - least of all by Vlad. He needed to die - he had always planned to kill the guard but he needed to die now. But his body shakes, and he has to have a deathgrip on his knives just to keep them from slipping out of his hands. Damn it. Between his body reacting to the cold both from the temperature itself and recoiling from the past trauma, he was a sitting duck.
“Damn it.” He grumbled, looking around. He couldn’t spot Vlad, between the frosted air and the dirt that had been kicked up by the attack. He needed to retreat, as much as it pained him to do so. It wasn’t like killing Vlad had been on the agenda for today anyways - but it definitely had moved up on his list of priorities because of this. He goes to take a step, then nearly falls over. “What the- oh you’ve got to be kidding me.” He growled, noticing how his feet were incased in ice. Well, no fucking wonder his body was reacting so violently to the cryo.
He doesn’t hesitate to shove his knife into the ice over one of his ankles, freeing that side before moving to the next. Though he doesn’t have time to do as such, hearing movement nearby. He quickly stands, taking a defensive position. A shot rings out, his arm stings, and the knife drops. “Shit-!” He decides to try and free himself and get the hell out of there, but before he can there’s a hand on his chin. He hissed as his face was roughly grabbed and moved, and he’s looking up at the fatui guard.
He was without his mask, blood running down the side of his face - likely from Ekaggata’s knife being thrown at him earlier. He felt a little smug at that, but it was drowned by the humiliation of the predicament he was in. With his still good arm, he raised the knife he still held and attempted to stab at Vlad, though his opposite hand caught his wrist easily. He was still shaking thanks to the cold, teeth would have been chattering if Vlad didn’t have such a deathgrip on his jaw. He still attempted to move the knife forward, but he turned the assassin’s wrist in such a way that he was forced to let go of it. Fuck.
“W-Well?” He growls weakly, “What the fuck are you w-waiting for, asshole? Do it! Kill me!” What an awful way to go, he can’t help but think, surrounded by the thing he hated most. But really, it was up to Vlad - who was giving him some kind of look. Ekaggata couldn’t place it. Was it pity? Confusion? Something else? Well, it didn’t matter. Ekaggata just wanted him to get it over with it. He’d rather die than stand in this cold any longer. “Well?!”
