Day of Silence

My GSA is participating in Day of Silence, so of course I am! I’m curious, is anyone else?

Little bit late to post this, but.... my high school celebrated the Day of Silence on April 19th, 2019. • Not only myself, but many people including both the students and teachers at my school wore rainbow🌈 bracelet to show their support. Day of Silence Con.

So there is only one more hour until the day is over. My teachers all were accepting and didn’t bother me for not talking. I will admit, I slipped up a few times and accidentally started talking to myself a few times.

The hardest part was probably not being able to thank people for things, and not involuntarily talking to my lizard lol. Overall, it was a pretty good experience!
