This is based on La Fraternite (or La Fraternité des Peuples), a haute-relief plaster sculpture created by Jules Dalou in 1883
There's plenty of info out there regarding this specific piece so I'll just include the alt-text of what exactly is going on here in my recreation of it: Left to right: Zevlor and Minthara are talking while Wyll is picking up His Majesty who is trying to attack Boo. Astarion and Gale are kissing while holding hands, Jaheira's staring at Zevlor and Minthara, Halsin is kneeled down while breaking the Spear of Night from Shar, Abdirak is rejoicing with his hands raised and a battle hammer in his hand with Minsc flexing his bicep behind him. Karlach, Shadowheart and Lae'zel are floating at the top with flowers, a quill and a scroll, with the inclusive pride flag, ACE flag, and Gender Queer flag on flagpoles. Everyone is nude but there is flowing cloth in black and white, and they are standing in an archway with a sunset behind them. Scattered at their feet include Scleritas' hat, a moonlantern, Vellioth's skull with scroll in its mouth, Viconia's Sharran mask, the Bloodthirst and Crimson Mischief and daggers from Orin, Gortash's hand piece, the Rhapsody dagger from Cazador
