I have made a terrible mistake

Recently I tried to read Dazzling Prince, a manga that’s like your typical girl-comes-from-another-world without the girl coming from another world. She was just born and raised in the fantasy world, from a poverty-stricken noble family, and catches the prince’s eye.

So yeah, typical shoujo protagonist kinda stuff because sometimes you just want to read those bubbly and sweet romances.

But I’ve read so many stories centered around the villainess that I’m always thinking about the rival’s perspective and things of that like. I just can’t enjoy this story because I always think “I wish I was reading in the perspective of the villainess”. I’ve really ruined my reading palate.
