Mikhail Petrovich Mizinov (1918-1969) was a participant in the Great Patriotic War from its first days. During the war, he flew 273 combat sorties on DB-3 and Pe-2 bombers. On August 24, 1943, he was awarded the title Hero of the Soviet Union for his courage and heroism.
