When I had psychosis and bpd, I was constantly putting my face on cold things as an attempt to soothe and reduce the intensity of my symptoms. But what I didnt know is that you have to put your face in these cold things for 30 seconds, create a dive effect by arching your neck downwards and that it has to cover your eye and nose and upper cheek area, whole face is ideal though.
I use TIPP now to help with dissociation
