(The people at DBZ Multiverse are amazing!! I have been waiting very long for a return appearance of Raditz!
He's from a different universe, where the saiyans, he, Nappa, Vegeta, and Kakarot, survived and defeated Freeza and are participating in a tournament to gain access to using a set of Dragonballs. Right now he getting the power up from the Grand Kaioshin, same treatment as Gohan.
