Techno likely wouldn’t have been part of the circus—maybe he was in some sort of fighting ring, or juvie due to his violent tendencies/voices. (Which, didn’t they send Dick to juvie for a bit? Was that canon?) Phil picks him up, potentially because he thinks he knows how to help him, and then he ends up keeping Techno as his son. I really like the idea of Techno being the first and most prodigal son/Robin. I think it would cause a lot of interesting dynamics with everyone else :,D

Second is obviously Wilbur as Jason. I think that’s the closest comparison we get with any two characters here. You could probably keep most of the backstory and even the death, just make it at the Joker’s hand instead of Dream’s (unless, actually, you just swap out Dream for Joker, which would work neatly). Then, of course, Wilbur is revived and comes back for revenge. But I think RH!Wilbur would turn to corporate espionage and white collar crime under a new name as well as typical crime lord stuff. Gotta use the charm if you got it.
Tubbo is just a little stalker like Tim and figured out all of their identities, and decides to swoop in and help. However, I think once Phil turned him down as Robin, be maybe would just turn to trying to vigilante himself until Phil cracks and takes him on as Robin just to keep him in check enough to be safe.
Ranboo would be Cass, and similar to her he would absolutely hate the idea of killing again, and would even refuse being a vigilante until he warms up to everyone (especially Tubbo) and decides he wants to help.
Last but not least is Tommy!! He would have been raised by the League, but maybe was a clone or experiment of some sort (like an incubator baby lol) with Phil’s DNA. He would keep a lot of Damian’s brattiness, entitled bluster, and violence as well as his kindness, insecurity and desire to help. I just think Tommy would probably be less vengeful to the other Robins and just be his own brand of bratty, lol. I think he’d be even more disobedient to Phil as well (somehow). I think he’d be curious about the Robin who was brought to the League before and seek out Red Hood!Wilbur, and the two of them could start their particular relationship.
I think Wilbur and Techno would have a strained distance between the two of them before Wilbur’s death, since Techno isnt around much and isnt good at reaching out and Wilbur would be both bitterly jealous and desperate for Techno’s approval (which he would feel angry at not receiving, in his view). Of course Techno would be devastated after his death and once Wilbur comes back, he tries to reach out, and is harshly rebuffed before he finally has to explain how he cared :,( They’d eventually warm up to each other, but Wilbur keeps his bitterness about Techno being Phil’s “perfect soldier”, and Techno hates being seen that way.
Meanwhile, Bench Trio get on like a house on fire, of course. Tommy gets on with Tubbo to well for there to be much violence between them. If Tommy gets pissed with anyone, it’s Phil, though he calls Phil the greatest man ever to everyone else. Tommy hero-worships Techno a bit but also exclusively insults and attacks him to his face.
If Wilbur breaks into Titan’s Tower Tubbo pulls a Home Alone and uses the system to kick his ass.
Also, Niki as Barbara? Maybe Jack as a Steph type, which is kind of a funny concept. I could see it for her character though. Everyone’s ages would be slightly adjusted to be a middle ground between Batman and DSMP canon as needed.
Even more characters as rougues or heroes is an interesting question… maybe for another post
