Yesterday, we delivered that home—The Sterling. . . Top Amenities Include: ✅46 residential units ✅31 residential shared-bathrooms + 9 guest/staff restrooms ✅Homework/Study Lounge on each floor ✅Computer Lab on the main floor ✅Indoor and outdoor recreational spaces ✅Medical Examination Room Also, did you know that 143 District residents worked on this project?!
