Hot take (actually probably lukewarm take but idk)

Hermitcraft fanfiction that isn't based around an AU like ddvau or dbhc or whatever is super weird. It feels like unless it's explicitly an AU the writer doesn't separate the character from the creator and it becomes super weird.

Also: stop using offline names in fics. That makes it weirder. Call grian grian and scar scar not charles and ryan. It's weird.
