You know what counts as permanently lost media? The oldest update (or one of) of the Magiki website. (a toyline brand being mostly mlp knockoff blind bags)

This one hasnt been archived on wayback machine, and its a real shame because it displayed on the collection page detailed character bios with quirks, hobbies and relationships with each other fully voice acted in italian! (Presumably only this language since its an italian franchise)

The archived and active versions of the site are really cheap, they even removed the bios keeping only the names of the characters.

Similar stuff happened to the Lalaloopsy website, i dont think the webgames i used to play all the time are archived. :(

I got this set a long time ago. Back then I thought I could do it....but now I know I can't see it ever be completed.

It is so cute. I am just very heartbroken that it will just stay in the box if I let it stay with me.

It comes with a thicker than I thought magazine with beautiful pictures and information. I don't do it justice with this picture. There is so much info and a beautiful poster inside.

It is unopened but the bed's footboard is trying to escape.

I really want you out buddy! 😭 He needs a new home.

Magica de Spell figure

Hello, my fellow Duck fans. I bought this Magica figure on Ebay.

She has a hanger and should obviously sit on a broom. So was possibly part of a collection. I can tinker a broom for her, thats not the problem.

But of course I would like to know whether there was a Scrooge to go with her.

Does anybody know? I usually only buy them in pairs. But Magica merch is so rar, I HAD to buy her, even if she stays alone ;0;

Its from De Agostini (of course lol) The number on the front says: 5459CMC036. The yellow cardboard has clocks printed on it.

SOLVED. It came from a cuckoo clock.

Di solito non uso questo spazio per consigliare manuali di scrittura, ma stavolta faccio volentieri un’eccezione.

Questo libro, scritto da Francesco Trento e Leonardo Patrignani e illustrato dalla bravissima Agnese “Agny” Innocente (qui il suo tumblr) è sì indirizzato ai ragazzi delle medie ma, fidatevi, è un prezioso vademecum per chiunque voglia approcciarsi all’arte di raccontare storie.

Infatti spiega in maniera fresca e divertente, con l’ausilio di esempi tratti da film amati da grandi e bambini (uno su tutti: Ritorno al Futuro) il Viaggio dell’Eroe, che è come dire il dna della narrazione.

Francesco Trento, scrittore e sceneggiatore, è un appassionato insegnante (lo stesso Patrignani, la cui saga Multiversum è venduta in 20 Paesi, è stato suo allievo) che tiene dei corsi di scrittura in varie parti d’Italia. Vi consiglio caldamente anche questi; io sono un suo allievo e vi assicuro che, sia che siate professionisti o meno, guarderete con occhi nuovi le storie altrui e le vostre.

Amici librai, amici insegnanti e amici lettori in generale, prestatemi orecchio! Il 3 marzo uscirà finalmente per De Agostini - Libri per Ragazzi "No Spoiler - La mappa segreta di tutte le storie", il libro dedicato ai meccanismi narrativi in cui io e il mio grande amico Leonardo Patrignani - Books, Music & more cerchiamo di raccontare ai ragazzi delle scuole medie (ma anche ai loro genitori che volessero divertirsi un po') come funzionano le storie. Parleremo dei personaggi Testa ("io penso che dovremmo fare così"), dei personaggi Cuore ("io sento che dovremmo fare così") e dei personaggi Istinto ("ehi, cos'è quello, un panino?"), degli archetipi e delle tappe comuni a ogni racconto. Sveleremo il perché nei film, se sei innamorato, a un certo punto ti tocca correre come un maratoneta, e soprattutto racconteremo come tutte le storie, da Star Wars a Harry Potter, dall'epica agli Avengers a School of Rock, si assomiglino un po'. Non solo: alle illustrazioni c'è la giovanissima e bravissima Agnese Agny Innocente, che ha reso il libro dieci volte più bello. E poi beh, beccatevi gli "strilli" nella quarta di copertina. Roba molto seria, come potete vedere. Io per esempio vado molto fiero di "un libro che ti scioglie il cuore", ma anche di "agghiacciante".
