I look down on people that are capable but don't try or make an attempt to take care of themselves or the people that should rely on them but can't due to the likability. I also look down on the people that give up and just let others take care of them. Sometimes even I feel it would just be easier to give up and not try anymore. The simple sound of my vibrating phone brings me back to reality and makes my stomach clinch and my body convulse into an unsettling overwhelming sensation. All the negativity swarming around me, as soon as I open my eyes in the morning, I think of the dead raccoon I've passed on the bridge the past five days and feel a little bit of reassurance that that's not me. In the same second I sort of wish it were me, that way I wouldn't have to deal with the bullshit, and I could just give up.
