@dead-accurate
It shouldn’t have gone this way
Pained regret etched itself upon his features as he stumbled forwards, a hand clutching wildly at his right side in an attempt, albeit poorly, to stop the steadily growing pool of blood from slipping through trembling fingers. It truly had been a bad idea to follow Sherlock into this strange new world. This Mementos. But curiosity had gotten the better of him. Having wanted to understand what made his friend, and his counterpart, so different, he had foolish crept through undetected. But now? Now, it looked like he was going to die. And there was nothing that he could do to stop that.
Should have listened to him, but I’m too stubborn. Clearly.
Even despite the ringing in his ears, the fading of noise and the ever present sensation of heaviness behind eyelids, Lupin couldn’t help but crack a grin at his own reprimand.
I guess I gave it my all.
His grip slipped against a nearing wall, and he fell. He didn’t get up again.
I’m sorry Sherlock. But it looks like we’re going to part ways here.
His eyes closed. He was about to give up. But a familiar sound brought him back round long enough to feel the beginnings of hope form in his chest.
Is that...?
@dead-accurate you’re to blame for this
I can confirm that Arsène has accidentally called Sherlock dad on one (1) occasion because he was tired and wasn’t thinking straight, and Sherlock was probably fussing over him so in his moment of confusion saw his real dad, and called it out for what it was.
He then promptly went and hid in the bathroom for the rest of the day upon realizing, and will never again speak of it. Sherlock, please, if you’re reading this don’t tell him you know. He’ll probably die of the embarrassment!
Sherlock is laying down, Vibing, Feel free to bother him, He needs something to do.
@dead-accurate
Vibing, you say?
It’s rare for an opportunity like this to come to him so naturally. And of course, Lupin couldn’t resist the opportunity to flop unceremoniously atop his newfound friend and lay close to him, his face sinking deep into their feathered arms.
“So… Comfy.” He begun, but didn’t say much more as he’d fallen asleep right there!
@dead-accurate you have enabled the disaster child!
Lupin would express his delight verbally, but he’s far too busy punching the air. Seems like his self-importance has reached new heights (heu), and nothing is going to stop him now!
"Ahahaha!~ This is brilliant!”
Please nobody tell him that combined with Sherlock’s stature, he’s only sits about 11.8 meters high. And that, sadly, doesn’t beat Arsène just yet. But don’t ruin the fun I mean, look at him! He’s really enjoying himself up there!
@dead-accurate, a continuation of [x]
"So it is you then.”
Confusion quickly turns into concern, and Lupin takes a swift step back from the now revealed-to-be Sherlock Holmes, greatest detective ever to live.
“Je me souviens de notre première rencontre. Au restaurant? Tu es aussi supérieur maintenant que tu l'étais alors.”
He sighs, pulls a face, then proceeds to give his taller counterpart a rather sour expression.
“Look at you, trying to outdo me with my own mother tongue. How rude. I can see your eyes glowing! How in the world you became a persona, of all people, is a mystery to me. And I envy your height, so envy it- but still! I must inquire as to your purpose in revealing yourself to me. Have you come to arrest my persons? I haven’t done anything wrong. Not yet, anyway.”
@dead-accurate
Mementos was always dreary and dangerous with the shadows lurking in the darkness especially a powerful shadow... He always knew when the shadow was around by the sound of rattling chains echoing in the abandoned subway.
Although he wasn’t expecting to come across the other as it was rare to see a persona without a owner thus his curiosity was peaked.
“Who are you?” Akechi asked after getting closer to him.
