Lots of #deadbeatdams coming down in #massachusetts - be on the lookout for a mini-documentary series about a few of them. #damnation #Repost @massecorestore with @get_repost ・・・ Reconnecting 30+ miles of mainstem & tributary habitat with the Mill River Restoration. This project removed 3 dams & added a fish ladder at a 4th. The final dam was removed this year. The project will also improve water quality, restore 6 acres of floodplain & improve public safety. #floodplain #ecologicalrestoration #waterquality #damremoval #river #fishpassage #climatechange
