Absolutely he has. When the ‘Great Peace’ stagnated and started to fall apart. Scourge chose to ‘wake up’ the world. Moebius was not as peaceful as it once was and the one holding onto it by a thread was none other than his father ( the beloved king’s advisor ). He cut that thread – leading to the downfall of Moebius as it grew into a dark, and dangerous place where criminals were above the law. Cutting those ties fundamentally changed Scourge as he sought to fit into a world his father would of have been horrified to see. A murderer – or criminal – just like the rest of them. The change appeared as a drastic reform in personality, and conceit. All on Moebius are aware of the event that took place – however only Princess Alicia and other close friends saw the change in Scourge.
