Very happy to be a part of a great cause tonight: typhoon relief show @ Strange Matter. Doors 8PM | $10 w/ proceeds going to American Red Cross.

Our newest song is titled 'recherche,' meaning 'unusual, exotic, rare, choice.' Typing up the set list for our show in Brooklyn tomorrow, I didn't know the spelling of it (besides Eric's offering of 'Frenchy') and searched for it under the assumed spelling of 'recherchez,' which told me that it was a second-person plural imperative of 'rechercher,' meaning 'to search; look for, look into; pursue, quest, retrieve.'

Since the song was just written (and since we don't demand that Michael submit lyrics for approval), I don't have a complete handle on all the words being sung, but using context clues based on what other songs are about, I find this to be fitting.
