You hold the POWER to “Right Your Own Destiny.” I’ve been asked a few times, is it Write or Right Your Own Destiny? Please Explain. For starters it is Right Your Own Destiny. Right by definition is being in accordance with what is just, good, or proper. Conforming to facts or TRUTH: Correct. When said it can easily be mistaken for Write, the beauty of the English language, and another reason why this creed is so powerful. We indeed do write and star in our own movie – daily and hourly. The decisions we make in every single moment shapes our future and Yet the question remains for most of us, Why am I still here? What is the meaning of my Life? While reading this book called “Man’s Search For Meaning,” By Victor Frankl I came across a brilliant passage, which struck me like a bolt of lightening. Frankl, with his words, is there as a Spotter supporting the weight of our creed as we push to illuminate the minds of our supporters, whom we consider to be Family. Frankl says, “ We need to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who are being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist, not in talking and meditation, but in RIGHT action and in RIGHT conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the RIGHT answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual. These tasks, and therefore the meaning of life, differ from Man to Man, and from Moment to Moment. Thus it is impossible to define the meaning of Life in a general way.” Therefore YOU cannot be replaced nor your Life repeated. Thus Everyone’s task is as unique as is his specific opportunity to implement it. To Life you can only respond by being RESPONSIBLE.
