I saw you reblog a post about Robin Hobb writting on Patience. I was just in a book festival in France with Robin Hobb and she indeed said that she's writting a novel on Patience and Lacey long before they came to Buckkeep. I'm so hyped!

Can't you technically sue for that?

My contract says that all of my work legally belongs to the company I work for, so it’s perfectly legal for them to do--it’s just a dick move. Luckily it was just an oversight and I was supposed to have been included all along!

Urgh that sucks so bad. I did hear that it was a relatively common problem in the research field but I never was interested in research myself so I don't really know how this works... I wish people would be a little more respectful.\

I totally agree; that kind of thing is one of the (many) reasons I decided to get out of academia/research. Luckily (as you saw!) this one turned out to be a misunderstanding, but it does happen all the time and it sucks. :\

Vu que c'est le week-end elle est peut-être enfermé chez quelqu'un qui est parti. C'est arrivé à mon chat une chat un fois et elle est revenu le lundi comme si de rien n'était. J'espère que tu vas la retrouver sans problème.

J’y ai pensé aussi. C’est pour ça que j’ai fait le tour du village en toquant aux portes. Ca me mine un peu le moral... elle est pas farouche du coup j’ai peur que quelqu’un l’ai prise T_T

I mostly don't understand why the problem is shipping because they're "too young" and not the fact that they're fighting? Are soldier children ok for these people? I mean ages are fucked up in this kind of fictions anyway.

How much you wanna bet they’re from the US, where they teach kids to shoot at young age and where in fiction an axe in the head is way more acceptable than having sex...

thanks!! i’ve got all this worldbuilding and character development and entire new technologies and a system of magic and like 23 maps! if only i could figure out a plot haha!

1. What kind of salad is your favourite? Rice salad. I fricking love it with tomatoes, avocadoes, eggs, and really just a bunch of other summer vegetables. Not that I consider eggs to be vegetables, that was poor wording.

2. Did you make friends with someone in the past month? No not really. I didn't really meet new people apart from people at work, but I did not become « friends » with them.

3. How do you feel about ham and Nutella sandwiches? I'm not really big on ham (cooked ham at least) so there's that, and on the other hand I'm not really big on putting Nutella on everything I eat either so... Yea no.

4. Did you grow up where you live now? No. I actually moved several times in my life so there isn’t really one place where I grew up.

5. How do you review the fic you read? I don't read a lot of fics, and I don't review the ones I read in general. I may have sent asks to writers about one or two fics but it was only general fangirling and nonsense.

6. What’s the last nonfiction book you’ve read? My school one...  I don't like nonfiction books so except for school I don't read them.

7. Green olives or black olives? Green. But I’m working on the black ones because I want to be able to eat most pizzas without having to scoop them out.

8. Do you support pineapple on pizza? Yeah I do. I mean I never actually ate a pizza with pineapple on it but I like the idea. And more importantly I support the right to put whatever the hell you want on your pizza.

9. What’s the last thing you did you felt good about? The crêpes-party I did last week with the love interest, which was really cool and fun:)

10. If you could replace the sun with anything (assuming it didn’t change anything about how the solar system works despite physics being a thing), what would it be? Wut. Maybe a giant colored disco ball so that the Earth and all other planets of the solar system would have giant colored patches that change during the day and the year.

11. Dust. Discuss My best friend judging by the quantity of it in my flat that I don't sweep and/or vacuum because of how lazy I am.
