End of the year 2013
So, this year is going to its end in a few days and everyone is listing their top-whatever-albums of 2013. My band Tutti I Colori Del Buio made it to #4 on nonetheless than Cvlt Nation's Top Six Italian Releases. As writer Mattia Alagna said, this is a list focusing on the underdogs raging from our country, and we're damn happy to be one of them! Go get it here: http://www.cvltnation.com/cvlt-nations-top-six-italian-releases-2013/
And yesterday Deaf Sparrow Zine reviewed Tons' MDS saying that The production is so filthy and grimy you have to take a shower after listening to it. Thanks a lot, I guess it's one of the best compliments they could ever give me. http://www.deafsparrow.com/2013/12/28/tons-musinee-doom-session-vol-1/
Disräpe EP Reviewed by DEAF SPARROW Zine
Canada’s Disräpe may be a bit too obvious by grace of their moniker and by the abuse of the umlaut but those who dig the style couldn’t give less of a shit. Dis Nightmare Continues has got seven cuts of fuzzy D-Beat. Hairy stuff, the guitars blend into a mish mash of static and only on counted occasions one can make out the works of our men Deevon and Iron. Like on “Grim and Frostbitten”, shits go slow and craft a bit of melody. But no one comes to D Beat camp to play NWOBHM and elsewhere Disrape just crush, and stomp and scream so loud, I got to think of early Voi Vod and how much I was once enamoured with their noise. Make no mistake, this ain’t no Voi Vod worship, Disrape are hardcore at heart. They have a full-length in the works so keep your eyes wide open. 4 out of 5 Deaf Sparrows
