Dean’s hands gripping the Impala’s wheel. He runs his fingers lovingly over the black leather, sliding them around so they fit perfectly between the ridges. The leather is worn but beautiful; the color lightened in the places his fingers have settled so many times. He smiles to himself as he shifts into gear, pressing his foot down hard on the gas so the tires squeal as he peels away from the curb. You watch the childlike glee in his green eyes as he takes Baby down the open road, speeding towards the setting sun.
