My high today is that I woke up naturally at 6 am and I went to my chiropractor then went to the gym and I ate two bananas today and two apples. Highlight of my day would be that I was kissed by a guy that I am interested in and I'm very pleased to say he is a wonderful kisser. My low today is that I have lost my emotional confidence in myself and it's starting to effect me in more ways than I realized.

I honestly wanna form a new emotional bond with someone. I wanna know someone romantically but I also wanna know who they are as a person. I wanna learn everything about them. But to do so that means someone has to learn about me and that scares me a lot and I don't even know why and it's frustrating because it used to not be so scary
