like he would be pissed at first bc mick hit on cas and that man is possessive as hell but mick is such a natural flirt (like dean) that dean would just get so flustered around him. deanmickstiel please. i think it would work

i mean rocky yeah but deans in the relationship so-

sjkljfskdjf i feel like it'd be a mutual thing where Mick obviously has this attraction to Cas (which Cas himself is not opposed to AT ALL), which makes Dean jealous, only for him to find out a bit later that he can't figure out who of the two he's actually jealous of. So Dean and Cas talk about it, stuff happens, they fight, heated kiss blabla. Mick walks in and finds it... oddly satisfying? So he joins in on the talking and they just decide "....let's try it with the three of us".

Obviously relationships take a lot of effort (with two people, let alone with three) but I think with Mick's understanding, Cas's patience and Dean's passion and motivation, they can really balance it out between the three of them.
