tried out "cutscenes" like Griffin does in TAZ during Shadowrun today verdict: yes, keep doing this. players were 100x more engaged and encouraged to roleplay than usual. plus I get to flex my writing skills 💪🏼

doin a lot of personal text posts lately but w/e it’s all good u can skip this one homies
i was on vacation last week (weather was nice, getting my family to do shit however was not. my mom put it pretty well: “we didn’t come down here so that we could have a family vacation, your father brought us down here so that he could spend time with his mother” which led to us doing virtually nothing most everyday. right off the heels of my dad complaining that I was the Sole Reason we postponed the vacation and me ALSO doing tons of shit in that one weekend [Dave and I played like 20 games at PAX and rarely ever stopped for things] it wasn’t super for my anxiety or my frustration with my dad but you know) and had a lot of time to do some self analysis
i really figured out that i like making video and audio stuff!!! really inspired by giant bomb and the mcelroys and nick robinson and it's like, i like to do that stuff. i really think my heart's in it and it makes me so happy when i think about it. so i'm gonna try going at the job search from a different angle and make a job out there for me or try and make one for myself if i can, and if things that i'm hoping for (literally right now lol as u may know) fall through.
so yeah that's that i think i've found a calling and it only took one (1) week of being very frustrated with my family's inability to do things!
OK OK so right after i leave work today im gonna get some tampons and also ibuprofen or midol because i’m havin some mild cramps. hopefully this bleeding like..........stops or gets a lot lighter soon because it’s gonna suck if it’s for the full adjustment phase of nexplanon. otherwise I haven’t been super moody aside from typical pmsing a couple days ago so it’s good aside from that!
and then i’m gonna OVERNIGHT MY RESUME and it’ll be fine and well and good and i’m gonna get my dream job!! ok done it’s gonna be good!! it’s gonna happen!!
