After all, he knows Stiles won't stop helping his friends and the best way to prepare him is to be trained by someone whose life is dedicated to dealing with the supernatural. OR The one where the Winchesters grow up in a drastically different way and are pretty much adopted by the Stilinski's. The Hale's get a happy life rewrite and everything canon is pretty much changed to suit my needs.
