Two weeks.
The worst two weeks of Yuuri’s entire life. All that happened last year was ridiculous after… Viktor. He just couldn’t forget how the russian looked at him. Pity? Indifference? It was hard to tell. Okaa-san, Onee-chan, Minako-sensei… I need to think about them. They were so worried after all.
Back to his hometown, Yuuri was gazing at the Hasetsu’s sea. It brought back so many memories of Viktor’s face, eyes, smile… Everything. But he needed to let it go. He needed to finally break all connections. It was slowly killing him.
The japanese took a deep breath and threw his gold ring in the water. After two weeks waiting, it finally sank in his mind: Viktor wasn’t coming back. He left you without a second thought. Without hesitation. He knew what he was doing. He wanted to left you. He was happy right now… I-I can’t breathe… Closing his eyes, Yuuri tried to focus his mind in other things: The sound of the waves, the soft breeze ruffling his dark hair… He was in home. “Now I’m here to stay. I-I can’t… Skate anymore.”
