Making jokes about panic attacks isn't funny. If you're a bit worried well its not a panic attack. Panic attacks are when you can't breathe and literally believe you are dying.

Excuse me, I’ve been diagnosed with severe social anxiety and major depressive disorder.

I’ve had an anxiety attack everyday at school for the last couple of years where I vomited everyday, sweating, crying, gasping at my throat and wishing I could claw it out.

Do you know what I am doing right now? I’m trying to calm the fuck down before I choke on my own vomit. I’m trying not to let the fucking ideations take over before the medications have a chance to affect me.
