[S] One of my friends on instrgram shared this with me and I was very WTF about it but I actually really love this song in contrast with this super big what the hell music video. 

I think it is this video might also be interesting for M in particular because of the mediums she is studying right now. So I am super excited for her to get watching it so we can discuss it.  I really love this song though it really took a generic kpop sounding sound into something very next level.  

[M] S has a habit of finding amazing songs by some pretty amazing female soloists and I don’t know where she find them. I had never heard of JeA before this song and I was not expecting a song that sounded so upbeat and empowering at first to have such a eerie creepy, horror film movie visual for an MV. I am currently studying horror film and abjection and affect of art and this video would make a great example of features that work so well in this genre. There are so many elements and formulas of horror present in the video that make it absolutely effective. The use of Black and White in the first ¾ of the song leading to the sepia tone of the last bit of the song leading into colour at the very end definitely aids the narrative of the video. I need to know more about JeA because I am living for this concept.
